A common misconception is it’s only first time buyers who require a high loan to value (LTV) mortgages, as saving for a deposit is notoriously challenging. However, many of Enness’ high net worth clients require a high LTV for a variety of reasons.

Some are fairly illiquid, with extensive assets tied up in stocks and shares. Many of our high net worth clients have carefully invested their money, or perhaps even have the liquid funds available, but wish to secure a high LTV for cash flow purposes.
