Enness Global has strengthened its executive leadership team by appointing Ailsa Alexander as chief of staff.
Alexander brings more than 10 years of leadership experience in the prime property sector, covering operations, compliance, training and commercial partnerships.
Working alongside CEO Islay Robinson and the executive team, Alexander will support Enness Global’s operations and strategic development. Her responsibilities will span sales, finance, marketing, compliance and people and culture.
The role will also focus on improving collaboration between teams, supporting data-led decision-making and helping the business deliver key strategic projects.
Robinson highlights the rapidly changing property finance sector, with political, technological and economic developments influencing how wealth moves, how clients borrow and how they access advice.
Alexander’s appointment is intended to strengthen the company’s capacity to respond to these changes while allowing the executive team to remain focused on clients and growth.
The appointment reflects Enness Global’s continued focus on developing its leadership structure and supporting the next stage of the business’s growth.
