Introducing Enness Switzerland

We are delighted to announce the opening of our latest international office in Geneva, Switzerland headed by Tomasz Wozniak. 

2020 has been a year like no other but Enness has continued to thrive by offering expert mortgage advice in a challenging financial marketplace and as such, it is fitting our international footprint continues to grow this year. 

Switzerland has long been a key territory, and Geneva has always been a regular destination in our international travel schedule. Geneva is widely regarded as the “private client capital of the world”, is home to some of the world’s largest private banks and has a significant concentration of wealth managers, family offices and private client advisers. 

Enness (Switzerland) GmbH will primarily seek to extend and enhance our already thriving relationships across Switzerland, showing our commitment to the country in offering international mortgage solutions to its residents and advisers. 

We are already proud to have secured partnership agreements with several of the world’s leading Swiss Private Banks and Asset Managers who offer Enness’ international mortgage and credit sourcing services to their clients and prospects. A new office will further enhance this offering and lead to more partnership agreements. 

We have significant relationships with many Swiss mortgage lenders and again expect our physical presence and ability to meet new lenders and funders to add to our existing 500 strong lending relationships. 

The office will be headed by Tomasz Wozniak who joined Enness in our client services team as a graduate trainee in 2017, and then went on to manage our new client function before qualifying as a broker in early 2018. Tomasz has a Bachelor's degree from Warsaw School of Economics and a Masters from Rutgers in New Jersey and is a valued and integral part of our international team. 

Enness already has thriving international offices in London, Monaco, Dubai, Jersey and Ibiza, with Geneva being Enness’ 6th physical location, offering international mortgage solutions to global high net worth individuals.
