Chris is an industry expert in specialist lending. Before he moved into specialist lending, Chris gained experience in the banking sector. Today, he mainly works with property professionals on commercial property development financing deals (including hotels, industrial, medical, office, and retail space), residential development & PRS, wholesale funding lines, and investment loans for CRE investment properties across all sectors.
Chris' forte is working with clients to deliver technical and hand-built debt solutions. He is ACIB qualified. When he's not at the office, Chris is a qualified British Cycling Coach, a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists and races mountain bikes competitively.
