Neil is Enness’ Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in senior management and finance. Before joining Enness, he served as Group Finance Director at an international financial services firm, leading multiple acquisitions. Neil began his career at Deloitte and has since held senior roles across the legal and sports sectors, specialising in operations, finance, and strategic growth.
About Neil
Neil is Enness' Chief Operating Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management and finance roles. Prior to joining Enness, Neil was Group Finance Director for a multi-disciplinary international financial services firm. Neil led the group through an extensive acquisition programme, which included several business takeovers. Neil started his career in the professional services sector with Deloitte in their restructuring and business recovery service before moving to general practice covering audit and business development. He then worked in the legal industry continuing his career in a leading international law firm, managing a large finance team before taking the finance lead for developing national practice groups. Neil then widened his scope with a role as operations/finance director in a niche corporate law firm, together with a number of senior management appointments in the sports sector.
