Ailsa Alexander

Ailsa is Enness Global's Chief of Staff, joining the business in August 2026 during a period of strength and growth. Working directly alongside CEO Islay Robinson and the executive team, she sits at the intersection of leadership and strategy execution, connecting cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and People and Culture to drive operational excellence and support data-led decision-making.

Ailsa brings more than a decade of hands-on leadership experience from the prime property sector, having spent sixteen years working across London real estate in sales and lettings, operations, training and compliance. Her expertise in building efficient operational frameworks and leading multi-disciplinary teams underpins her role in shaping, formalising and delivering Enness Global's annual business strategy.

Originally from northern Scotland, Ailsa lives in London with her family, where time away from the office is spent keeping up with her young son and heading back home to the West Highlands.
