How much can my client borrow?

Enness is a leading broker of high-value finance of $1 million or more. We can broker very substantial loans – our largest deal to date is a $150 million loan secured against a single line of stock. What your client can borrow will depend on their overall wealth and assets, liquidity, revenue and how they plan to use the debt. Whatever your client's situation, Enness will help you explore options for your client and negotiate a deal that will maximise the amount your client can borrow, as well as securing the best rates and terms for them.

My client was turned down for finance. What can Enness do?

We regularly work with clients who have been turned down for finance, including in situations where mainstream banks or lenders have not wanted to lend. If you are faced with a scenario where your client has been turned down for finance, it can be hard to know what to do next – we can help. Firstly, it is not necessarily the case that your client won't be able to borrow – it is usually that you have not been able to find the best lender for their requirements. The lenders that will be able to offer finance to your client may well be smaller players, operate in niche sectors, or they may only accept introductions and not publicise or market their services. We regularly broker high-value finance for clients who have not managed to get a loan by approaching lenders directly, or who have been turned down by large banks.

Yes. We can work with American citizens, wherever they are based. Many American clients we work with reside outside the US, are globally mobile or only live in the country part-time. This does not act as a barrier to our ability to broker finance for them. We also broker finance for US citizens who are based in the US but need to secure a loan against collateral in another country – we are specialists in international finance, and this is something we can deliver with ease.

Yes. We broker finance for clients who want to use the loan domestically within the US or abroad.

Many of the advisers we work with have American clients that want to deploy loan capital outside of the US. Your client may wish to buy property, invest, grow a business, buy assets or pursue projects that have no relation to the US. Your client may also want to secure a loan against assets outside the US to raise finance that they use in the US or abroad, either in the same country as the asset or in a third country. We are specialists in international, high-value financing, and as long as your client has a viable plan, we can efficiently deliver international and cross-border finance, including in cases where your client would like to borrow a significant amount.
