You'll initially discuss your clients' requirements with Enness on a no-name, no paperwork basis. Enness' broker will then present different financing options that could work for your client, including in principle scenarios.
Building a Solution
Working alongside you, Enness will formulate a plan for your client so you can give them a concrete set of potential options. You'll get an indication of the rates and terms possible and what will be needed from your client to benefit from these. Enness will provide details on what the process will be.
Enness will issue indicative heads of terms for your client as soon as possible. You can use these as you see fit, and these are upgraded to credit backed agreements once Enness knows enough about your client to be able to do so with confidence.
If the plan works and your client wants to proceed, Enness will agree on an approach with you. The plan will consider all parties' needs in terms of fees, application management and communication. If desired, Enness will effectively form part of your team to deliver the solution, so you are providing a seamless service to your client. You will be kept in the loop every step of the way, and your broker will ensure you know what is happening and when you can expect delivery of any part of the plan.
As a private client adviser, you may regularly need to source diverse debt and finance solutions for your clients and prospects. You may not be able to handle these requests in-house, or you need the help of an expert partner like Enness to search the market and negotiate a hand-built finance package for your client.

How much can my client borrow?
Enness typically brokers loans of £1 million upwards, and we have a track record of brokering loans of £10 million or more. We can broker loans in any mainstream currency. Experts in international finance, we can broker finance your client can use anywhere in the world, and we regularly advise individuals and introducers looking to raise $100 million or more. We broker property finance, corporate finance, bridging loans, crypto loans, luxury asset finance and securities-backed lending. The amount your client can borrow depends on their global wealth and assets, revenue and how they plan to use the loan capital. Whatever your client's requirements, Enness will help you understand the options for your client and negotiate a deal that will maximise how much your client can borrow, as well as secure the best rates and terms for them.
My client was turned down for finance. What can Enness do?
When your client has been turned down for finance, it can be hard to know what to do next, especially if you have exhausted your network of lenders or you are effectively 'against the clock'. We regularly work with clients and introducers who lenders have turned down for finance. Provided there is a solid background that supports lending, we can often step in and broker finance successfully.
Just because your client has been turned down for finance, it is not necessarily the case that your client won't be able to borrow at all. It is usually more a question of determining what facts to present to lenders (and how to do this most effectively) and, often, approaching specialist lenders. We regularly broker high-value finance for clients who have not managed to get a loan by approaching lenders directly or who have been turned down by large banks.
My client doesn't live full-time in Dubai/is an expat, can you still broker finance?
Yes. We can work with clients with links to Dubai and the Emirates, wherever they reside. You may be based in Dubai but work with expats and non-residents, or your clients may only live in Dubai part-time, or they may be globally mobile. Alternatively, you may not be based in the UAE but work with Emirati clients. Whatever your client's nationality or country of residence, we will be able to broker finance.
