  • Client: Financial Services Firm
  • Facility Amount: Circa £500,000

Enness was approached by a UK-based financial services company whose shareholder was looking to acquire more shares. The loan amount required was circa £500,000, and the deal had to be funded within a week. However, there were two main challenges with the case; the required firm timeframe for funding and background issues the company had faced. The lender needed to be comfortable with both of these requirements before providing the loan.

A large percentage of the loan went toward share buyback and the remaining for company working capital. The loan was implemented and drawn within one week. The deal was successful, and our client received their desired outcome.

Enness was proud to have played a key role in helping our client achieve their objectives. We take great pride in providing our clients with tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and requirements.
