In this instance, Enness was approached by a highly reputable fashion brand with international wholesale customers. The client sought invoice financing for their overseas debtors. The main challenges we faced were related to fluctuating finances and the jurisdiction of debtors, making it difficult for most invoice finance providers to assist. Enness, leveraging its expertise, sourced terms from an international invoice finance lender. The lender's unique financing model offers flexible and cost-effective pay-as-you-go solutions without setup fees, PGs, or charges/debentures. The payment terms were such that the majority of the invoice amount would be paid only upon approval, with a charge of low interest per 30 days of delay in payment.

Property values can fall as well as rise, and you may not get back the amount originally invested. Property investments can be illiquid and may take time to sell. Where borrowing is used, your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other loan secured against it.
