She joined the company in 2025, bringing with her over seven years of experience in the lending industry and a strong background in business development.
Samantha is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for all new enquiries and introductions, ensuring that each case begins smoothly and is handled with efficiency and care. She also manages the Relationship Management team and is closely involved in ensuring the overall success of the new business pipeline, supporting both clients and introducers from the very first interaction.
