Fergus is a property finance specialist with nearly six years’ experience, covering development finance, bridging, joint-venture equity, and BTL mortgages. A Newcastle University graduate, he enjoys cricket, boxing, golf, squash, skiing, and is a lifelong Arsenal supporter.
About Fergus
Fergus has been working in the property finance industry for nearly 6 years. He began his career at a property finance advisory in Mayfair where he spent 4 years, before joining a new brokerage at the start of 2020. His career to date has focused on handling a wide variety of cases on behalf of clients, ranging from development finance, bridging finance, joint-venture equity, and BTL mortgages for both investors and developers.
Fergus attended Newcastle University where he achieved 2:1 honours in Politics and History. Fergus has a very keen interest in sports, namely cricket, boxing, and is a lifelong Arsenal fan. Outside of work, Fergus spends his time playing golf, squash, and skiing.
