Ben Derbyshire

Ben is a Mortgage Broker who resides in Enness’ Dubai Office after relocating with his young family from the UK. Ben has extensive experience in high-value, complex lending for Private Clients after spending the past eight years at Coutts Private Bank, dealing with HNW & UHNW individuals based all over the world. He is an expert in dealing with complex income types and creatively structuring mortgages.

In his free time, Ben is a scratch golfer and aims to play as many courses around the UAE as possible. He also plays Padel regularly.
