Lender Access
Enness will broker the most competitive finance package for your client via a network of more than 500 lenders. We are independent, meaning we can go directly to the best-fit lenders who can cater to your client's needs best. Enness also has a network of niche lenders who do not advertise their services and that operate on an invitation-only basis. Knowing you will have time-sensitive requests, we can broker finance quickly so your clients can access capital as fast as possible.
How Enness Helps You and Your Clients
You will serve clients with various needs, requirements and goals for their finance. You will be tasked with finding a solution for them and securing the best rates and terms. You may need finance that can be structured or deployed in line with the advice you have given your client, or your client has received from other service providers. Enness will broker finance for your clients regardless of their requirements, how much they want to borrow or their financial situation. You can deliver solutions via Enness and ensure your clients have the best available rates.

Initial Discussions
You'll initially discuss your clients' requirements with Enness on a no-name, no paperwork basis. Enness' broker will then present different financing options that could work for your client, including in principle scenarios.
Building a Solution
Working alongside you, Enness will formulate a plan for your client so you can give them a concrete set of potential options. You'll get an indication of the rates and terms possible and what will be needed from your client to benefit from these. Enness will provide details on what the process will be.
Indicative Terms
Enness will issue indicative heads of terms for your client as soon as possible. You can use these as you see fit, and these are upgraded to credit backed agreements once Enness knows enough about your client to be able to do so with confidence.
Pragmatic Execution
If the plan works and your client wants to proceed, Enness will agree on an approach with you. The plan will consider all parties' needs in terms of fees, application management and communication. If desired, Enness will effectively form part of your team to deliver the solution, so you are providing a seamless service to your client. You will be kept in the loop every step of the way, and your broker will ensure you know what is happening and when you can expect delivery of any part of the plan.

Enness specialises in brokering high-value and international finance of more than £1 million. We can broker substantial loans (including in the £100 million-plus range) for use on and off Jersey. My client was turned down for finance. What can Enness do?
Sometimes, you will approach lenders that won't offer your high-net-worth clients finance. When this is the case, it can be difficult to know what to do next, especially if you don't have experience raising finance. Firstly, know that it happens more than you'd think, and we will usually be able to find plenty of options for your client to access debt. If your client is a high-net-worth individual, being turned down for finance tends to be more a case of not finding the right lender or the lender that can best cater to them, rather than not being suitable for finance. We regularly broker high-value finance for clients who couldn't raise debt before they approached us.
My client doesn't live in Jersey, can you still broker finance?
Yes. As an international financial centre, you will advise and work with clients that don't live on Jersey. These individuals tend to have structures, wealth, or funds administered on the island but may not live on Jersey. We broker finance for any HNWI, families, businesses or entrepreneurs who have links to Jersey or are serviced from Jersey in any capacity.
My client wants finance for an off-island project. Can Enness help?
Yes. Enness is a specialist broker of cross-border and international finance. This is especially useful for advisers based in Jersey given your clients will often want to use finance off the island. Sometimes this will be in the UK, and other times it will be internationally. We can cater to both, as well as finance for Jersey-based projects.
